San Francisco, CA. At Artis Ventures the dimensions of the space—2500 square feet—mandated a design that merged all the functions of a professional environment—work, play, daily living—into a hybrid of office and apartment. Because of how closely the various spaces adjoin each other, the blur of uses here is blurrier than usual. Every space in the design evokes a version of “home.”
